It does power on with the provided AC adapter. Antenna is present but bent does not extend properly. I get nothing but static on the FM MW settings, short wave settings don't anything. Hard to find model, vintage circa 1960, made in Japan.
Selling this radio as-is, I do not know how to properly operate it. Sold as-is / as pictured. Nice project for a radio enthusiast. Cosmetically fair condition, chrome on borders handle has damage.
