Its much rarer than the original, by late 60s and early 70s table radios began to decline in popularity not too many were sold. The cosmetic restoration included: Replacement of damaged grill material with new acoustically transparent fabric Face plate removal and cleaning Knob -Old finish removed to expose bare wood Multiple coats Ting Oil applied bring out the natural grain New sealed Howard Feed-n-Wax for protection shine feet, Sonic/electrical Nichiren/Panasonic electrolytic capacitors replace all originals Replaced brittle power cord new, 9 foot that matches original color cabinet seals failed foam back plate between backer cabinet, Retyped porous speaker surround correct type amount sealer for proper response seal, as per KLH service bulletin rubber dampers on internal support rods prevent vibrations Cleaning controls De-Ox-It scratchiness during operation lubrication tuner mechanism smooth tuning rear RCA outputs using external Alignment dial missing caps over seal as it was when. Late1960s KLH model Twenty-One/II table radio, freshly restored inside and out. The speaker and tuner RCA outputs have been tested are in good working order.

Its a classic mid century design, and unlike plain furniture, you can listen to it. The radio now looks exceptional and sounds fantastic. The face plate has a little paint loss around the knobs and tuning knob some dings. The bottom rear of the cabinet has some wear.

This is the second version of model 21, with updated electronics, a better tuner, and less background compared to earlier KLH 21. Also well packaged. It would make a great t. Very nice product.

Item plays beautifully. It looks nice, has great reception, and sounds so much bigger than it should. This was the best packaging i've ever experienced.
