Visually it is in good condition. If you're patient you should be able to get a station in. With carry strap. All buttons/knobs turn freely.
Windsor Solid state portable radio model 2139. Antenna is fully intact. When tested eventually I did manage to get a few stations in. Could possibly be repaired easily.
