Details:

The tuning knob has a little bit of heat war page but works fine and is not too noticeable. This example features the alarm function in addition to simple on/off switch on clock. This was a popular tube type table radio in the 1950s both because of its nice size, easy to read dials and high quality case all metal chassis. The radio was tuned using the specs from a SAM's Photo fact schematic and after warming up, plays with good volume fidelity.

The case is a dark forest green and in very good condition but for some minor surface scratches which can be seen the photos. The internal workings have been restored but it is still a vacuum tube powered radio, with new components such as capacitors and resistors replaced needed to bring the operation within specs. It will tune any AM station within its range. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, the case freshly waxed so it is ready to plug in play.

The radio is 11 inches wide, 5 deep and high. The radio turns on and off at the clock left side knob so knob right of case is just for adjusting volume.
