Recommendation:

Before making a purchase, research the potential issues and costs associated with restoring and maintaining the radio. Consider whether the historical value and unique design are worth the potential drawbacks, and whether the radio would be a good fit for your home and interests. If you decide to move forward, be sure to purchase the radio from a reputable seller to ensure its authenticity and condition.

Details:

The case is in fairly good condition considering its age but there some wear and darkening - the handle very worn. Tall and 6.5 wide. There was a manual in the back as well receipt that shows it purchased 1946. This radio measures 13 wide 11.

The cord has some cracks in it so I did not test as feel is safe - am selling this condition. The front flap opens to reveal the radio and back has an opening inside cord.
