Was made as an attempt to make a good sounding transistor radio opposed the small pocket radios of day. No cracks in the case or dents grill. Happy buying. People usually break them.

Plays loud and clear. This is Zeniths 2nd transistorized radio and was prohibitively expensive when new. This is the only cosmetic issue I can find. This radio has been electronically restored.

The antenna handle pops up as it should which is rare for these radios. For bid is a Zenith royal 800 transistor radio from as result you cannot put this large in your pocket, but it sounds very good when compared to regency tr-1 or the logo missing point on crown. Somewhat hard to find now.
