Details:

He had it on a shelf over his tool bench for 40 years and has been in storage since passing 1994. Everything is in perfect working order. This was my fathers own radio that he bought new in 1953 or 1954. All knobs are working and original.

Being a tube radio, it takes couple seconds for the tubes to warm up and radio start playing. There is a hairline crack on the underside of one side that does not effect stability cabinet. The cord is in great condition as well. Beautiful mid-century 1953 Zenith A-733 Telechron AM/FM clock radio.

This is normal for a tube radio. The radio is a teal-grey color with gold and cream accents. See the video in listing. Everything about it is original, including all the knobs and tubes.
