The radio has had batteries leak in it as can be seen by contamination on plastic tube photos. If the photos show an open box with parts laid out, it is not new or sealed.

Not all software will run on systems, used from logins online offerings is guaranteed to your system. The window that shows where needle is for tuning seems to be heat damaged.

Please view all photos and judge condition value for yourself. There is a screw missing that mounts the tuner knob.
