The dials are cool crystal and both work great as does clock from our test alarm well.

The exterior is a beautiful bright turquoise kind of baby bluish color with smooth clean surface and no cracks only real cosmetic imperfections to this great radio are small chip out top front corner right next sleep button very underside back along couple slightly discolored spots which may be easily cleaned, however we never or repair any these items for fear damage but otherwise just really cool in.

This radio comes in beautiful bright blue working condition with a nice volume and slight hum when it is turned up.
