I ve tested the radio tuned in AM and FM stations set clock which keeps good time. I have not tested all the functions such as alarms. There are a lot of different model's the Chronomatic available, however 240 seems rare or at least uncommon. This is a nice vintage Realistic Chronomatic-240 AM FM clock radio.

Realistic was the brand name of electronics custom manufactured in Hong Kong for Radio Shack a Division Tandy Corporation.
