The volume is a little scratchy when rotating which common for older radios. It is a mix of gold, brown, and tan. Motorola model CX2N. The radio is battery operated using a 9v wide, tall, and deep.

The radio is detachable, so you can take it on go. The inside of clock could use a little cleaning as seen in pictures. The cool tandem really adds to its retro appeal. The left side is an alarm clock with analog face.

This Motorola radio tandem was truly ahead of its time. The radio has sound. The clock rotates as it should and keeps time. I could not tune in a station but didn't hook up an antenna.

The alarm works as well. It has a built in cradle for the transistor radio which is on right. It is ac powered and meant to sit on a night stand.

Right out of late 1950s to early 1960's. Thanks location e1. A truly unique and hard to find piece. The cabinet is in great shape with only light signs of age use.
