Details:

There is a small red light built into the radio dial pointer. This model has the 'target tuning' feature. Radio has fm, AFC fm am. This will work for many years.

It glows brighter red when its receiving a strong signal. I installed 2 new neon bulbs to illuminate the clock. Take 30 off stated shipping costs.

Look at the picture showing clock turning from 11:59 to 12:00. Its only visible when the clock is illuminated. Measurements are 11 inches wide, 5 high and deep.

Zenith circle of sound am fm clock radio. This is one of the more nicer ones i've come across in a while. Of course, your ears can basically do the same thing. It indicates the signal strength of a radio station.

The radio has a tone control and sleep timer for up to 60 minutes of automatic operation. Please e-mail any questions, I respond to questions in the evening hours. I polished up the case and it still has a gloss to with some minor marks due use wear. I have restored a lot of these Zenith circle sound clock radios over the last decade.

Power consumption is 120 volts , 60 Hz, 15 watts . Before I sell them. All plastics were cleaned with plastic polish. You can see the small mark on bottom part of zero.

Also, the two caps that went on ends of alarm mode lever and sleep timer are also missing but they were for decorative purposes only. I cleaned the number tapes. I disassembled the clock and cleaned lubricated where needed, all parts.

Radio sounds great and the clock has a nice orange glow, way it should be. All my clocks and clock radios that I sell have been cleaned checked over, motors lubed, etc. You can tell the difference between regular fm and AFC when tune.

The speaker is face down and spreads sound out on all sides. The front plastic covering over clock and radio still has a gloss with minor scratch marks. Incidental, the snooze on these tape clock radios only silenced buzzer, but not radio.

For offer I have a refurbished, by me, Zenith circle of sound am fm clock radio that has the rolling tape display with seconds. Please view all pictures carefully, I don't believe missed anything. The clock radio weighs 5 pounds. The shutter speed was 3/4 seconds so digits are blurred nice effect though.

Cosmetically, the clock radio is in very good condition for its age, probably 45 or more years old. I left the button in for cosmetic appearance. Both the radio and clock work fine.

There is a small dark spot on the right-most clock digit number zero. This is model F472W3. You can wake to the radio or if wish, and buzzer alarm at same time.

Please view all pictures for more details. Alarm works as it should. When tuning fm, I suggest switching to AFC fm as the radio locks in signals you tune. The tops of these units usually fade badly over time.

The part that worked snooze had broken, so I to take it out. Even though there is a snooze button on top, no working for the alarm. This unit is in excellent working condition.
