Details:

I supplied power and turned the volume dial on, after about 5 seconds a constant humming sound can be heard moving two dials does not affect. However, there are minor white paint specs around the exterior and a small circular stain on fin side that I am reluctant clean given age of item. The item has a marble-brown color and in very good condition, there are no chips or cracks plastic. I acquired this item from an estate sale.
