Its been tested and powers on please see video, but it produces a loud buzz, has lot of static, so selling as is, parts repair only. It has some minor cosmetic wear including a very small chip as shown. It measures about 10-1/2 x 3-3/4 not including room for the cords in back 6-5/8.
