I could hear the squelch when turned up but am not able to test receive because don't have proper equipment. This is for a vintage Panasonic all band scanner receiver - non crystal tuning radio model re it either electrical power cord or you can use two volt batteries not included. The trim on right side needs to be re-glued and there is a slight dent at base of one antenna. Please see pics for condition as well.
Aside from normal wear those are the only cosmetic problems I see.
