Very good condition with case, antenna wire that came it, operating instructions and SW station guide which has to be way out of date but still its here. When I took it out the batteries leaked of course so back off and cleaned contacts. All buttons, functions work fine. For its age this one is in great shape.
In that process I broke one of the screw tabs off but it doesn't cause any problems. I don't remember when bought this but it was way before the internet. It spent about the last 20 years in its case on shelf.
