This is a vintage Toshiba handheld fm am 2 band radio RP-1290F in the case. It comes in really clear. I tried it and turned on works, of course like all the older radios you can only get am to come in better than fm. See photos for details.
Has some slight areas of where the black worn off. The antennae is still on and not broke.
