The second series S-829 has an improved circuit with triple-filtering. Note: it is being sold in as condition. Zenith S-829 tombstone it powers up and the dial lights but has no sound.
Tube 42 is missing. This is described as one of the most beautiful, rare and collectible radios made. The shortwave was increased from 12mcs to 16mcs over earlier model two dials are missing.
