Fully tested powers on and makes loud BUZZING sound. If you listen carefully while turning the know can hear interruptions in buzzing and it sounds like talking. Tuning turns but only hear static. AC cord in good shape.

It tries to play. Knobs turn feebly. Label intact loud but not able to tune in station only makes humming buzz sound. Cosmetic nice clean all writing visible intact.

Some oxidation on volume and tuning knobs only cosmetic front in gold area.
