Out of pure curiosity I plugged it in anyway and does power up lights. I was told not to plug it in as is very old and may short out. This is an old Zenith 7-J-232 walton radio.
I have no clue how to tune it in or what the dials do. This was part of my grandfathers estate. I know nothing about these things but from what understand they can be quite collectible.
My grandfather had the radio shipped across country and thought it would be a good idea to remove dome glass dial cover prevent from breaking. The physical condition looks very good. Here is what I do know. I was going to put the glass back in but could not figure out how it goes.
I do have still the original glass and clips. I did not want to fiddle with it too much in fear of shorting out.
