All the controls work. It features AFC and hi-lo tone control. Its heavy and solid. Functionally, its is fine but there are lots of cosmetic issues.
The battery compartment has some rust but plastic tube is in good shape. I can receive stations on all bands. The clear plastic cover over circuit board is in excellent condition. Great radio back in the day.
The carry handle is in excellent condition. The plastic dial cover is in very nice condition. I'd do that if I had time. The case, speaker grill and faux leather covering all have signs of wear antenna is missing.
The leather tabs that secure back cover are in good shape. The volume control knob works fine but its secured to case with a small fastener, as seen in photo Candle all transistor 3 band deluxe this is a vintage radio from the early 1970's. I am selling for parts repair but it is possible this nice old vintage Candle could be restored.
