The felt on the underside of base is pretty worn, as you can see, and there are a few nicks in Mach rim bell, but overall speaker presents well, its tough one to find. I've been selling and shipping them for more than 25 years. Like the more common Western Electric10-D, speakers throat and bell are made of painted Mach, but base houses a smaller driver than 10-D, Mach horn itself is just 18 high. Heres a hard-to-find 1920s Western Electric 521-CW horn speaker.
